过滤碟片的清洗再生

2015年初期已经建成年清洗能力达到5万片的自动化清洗中心。接受PET类客户自己已经清洗多次并即将报废的碟片和PP及PE客户未清洗过的碟片的清洗业务。清洗费用为新碟片价格的四分之一至二分之一。

We have built an automatic cleaning center with cleaning capacity of 50,000 discs in the early 2015. We can clean PET discs which have been washed many times and is about to scrap, and PP and PE discs which has not been cleaned before. The cleaning expense is about a quarter to one half price of the new disc.

工作流程（从接收到送还大约35天）

收货--第一次分解（物理或化学）--机械分解--二次处理（物理或化学）---检测---恢复率确认---机械组装--无尘包装---发货

Receiving - first decomposition (physical or chemical) - mechanical breakdown - secondary processing (physical or chemical) - test - recovery rate confirmation - mechanical assembly - dust-free packing - shipment
